Gentle Vinyasa

  • Sundays are joyous time of coming together to sit and meditate, and delve into deep stretching and contemplative poses. It's an opportunity to finish the week in reflection and relaxation, and to prepare for the following week with a rested mind and a revitalized body.

    Perfect for people who are new to yoga, couples and for those who want a chance to balance their existing practice with something more lunar and relaxed.

Vigorous Vinyasa

  • Come ready to find your inner strength. This vigorous, every changing series of flowing poses will strengthen and open the body.

    Take the body and mind to new places by accessing the deep inner well of Prana Shakti, or the life force which animates all of us. Leave feeling balanced, strong, revitalized and reconnected.

Open Class

  • This class is open to all. Come ready to find your own unique place along the path. Yoga asanas, with their modifications, are taught so that everyone can participate according to their own needs.

    Pranayama, bhandas, asana, chanting, mudras and deep relaxation are all part of the joyful process that we share together every week.

Private Classes

  • Great for those who want to practice yoga in their own homes. During a private class you will receive instruction which is completely tailored to your needs, at a time that is convenient for you. This is an excellent choice for those people who are just beginning and would like to have extra time for explanations and questions about alignment, body mechanics and breathing techniques. A private class can be a gateway for those who need help choosing which group class is right for them.
